We are looking for high-achieving individuals with a demonstrated track-record of success.

We want individuals with little or no teaching experience who are looking for socially meaningful work and for a challenge.

We want people who understand that a teacher's strengths and skills are the important factor in determining which students go to college and which have meaningful choice in their life paths.

We need people who are committed to seeing our youth succeed and who will go above and beyond the perceived limits and challenges.

There isn't a standard profile for a Teaching Fellow. Fellows are recent graduates, former engineers, substitute teachers, marketing professionals, lawyers, non profit leaders, new moms, empty nesters...you get the idea.
